Our company was started and is based in Johnson City, Tennessee and the owner Tracy Francis has over 30 years’ experience in wood flooring. Through ongoing education, Tracy learned about the manufacturer’s products and how to apply them correctly. Tracy earned four degrees from the National Wood Flooring Association. The degrees are pre-installation assessment, Installation, Sand and Finish, and Custom floor installation.
